Welcome to Work&Study Australia (“WSA”). By accessing and using our website, services, or any related platforms, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
WSA provides the following services:
- Procurement of Employer Sponsors for Skill Visa applicants (subclasses 482, 494, 186)
- Placement services for Training Visa (Subclass 407) candidates
- Facilitation of Job Ready Program (JRP) employment placements for eligible international graduates in Australia
WSA connects eligible candidates with sponsoring employers and host organisations based on client profiles and service eligibility assessments.
⚠️ WSA does not guarantee employment offers, visa approvals, sponsorship approvals, work placements, or successful migration outcomes.
2. Appointment of WSA
By using WSA’s services, you automatically appoint Work&Study Australia (WSA) to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of :
- Facilitating introductions to sponsoring employers or host organisations
- Coordinating employer interviews and employment offers
- Managing communications between you and the relevant third parties for the services requested
This appointment is limited to the scope of services outlined and does not extend to legal, migration, or financial representation.
3. Eligibility
To access WSA’s services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide truthful and accurate information at all times.
- Understand that WSA is not a migration agent, registered training organisation (RTO), recruitment agency, or legal adviser.
- Acknowledge that all visa, migration, and legal matters must be handled by qualified and licensed professionals.
- Independently verify any information provided through WSA services before making decisions.
4. No Guarantees
WSA is a facilitation and connection service only.
- We endeavour to source suitable employers and host organisations based on candidate profiles.
- We have no control over third-party employer decisions, migration assessments, visa processing, or government authority outcomes.
- WSA disclaims all responsibility for the success or failure of sponsorship, visa, or employment applications.
5. Use of Information
All information provided by WSA, whether verbally, electronically, or in writing, is for informational purposes only.
- WSA does not provide legal, migration, financial, or compliance advice.
- Clients and candidates must consult a registered migration agent or authorised advisor for any visa or legal process.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments made to WSA for services such as Sponsorship Procurement, Training Visa Placement, and Job Ready Program Employment Placement are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate, written agreement.
Refunds (where applicable) will follow the specific terms outlined in individual client agreements.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
WSA respects your privacy.
- Personal and sensitive information provided by candidates or agents will only be shared with third parties (e.g., sponsoring employers, host organisations, migration partners) necessary for service facilitation.
- By using WSA services, you consent to necessary information being shared strictly for service delivery purposes.
- WSA maintains reasonable security protocols but does not guarantee absolute confidentiality.
8. Limitation of Liability
- WSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless WSA from any claims, losses, disputes, or damages arising from their reliance on WSA services or information provided.
